Clever Cocktails: Cherry Sidecar

The classic sidecar cocktail is said to be invented in the 1930's by The Ritz Hotel in Paris. The traditional version of the drink is made with cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice. At Groovin’ Gourmets we get excited when we can take a traditional dish or drink and put a creative spin on it. We have taken the sidecar added a little cherry and some pizzazz and voila, the Cherry Sidecar is born. This drink is sweet and boozy, with a kick of lime that is sure to make your taste buds dance!
