Scott Halloran
Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in Richmond, Scott resides in the area with his wife of 20 years and their three children. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a double major in Marketing and Management. In his free time, he enjoys playing the drums, reading, learning about Richmond history, and outdoor activities. Scott’s favorite area in Richmond is Shockoe Bottom and Slip because of the amazing architecture and history that can be found in these historic districts. He loves that Richmond is close to the beach, the mountains, and DC, yet still retains the small city feel.
Michael Calkins
Chief Sales Officer
Michael acquired Vending Services of Richmond in 2008 and merged with Halloran’s Refreshment Services, creating Trolley House Refreshments. Born and raised in Richmond, Michael currently resides in the area with his wife of 22 years and their three children. He is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a degree in economics. Michael’s favorite thing about Richmond is the people who are always friendly and supportive and that the city offers something for everything. He also enjoys the ease of access to the James River. In his free time, Michael enjoys fishing, sailing, snow skiing, and mountain biking. He is passionate about taking great care of his family, his customers and his colleagues. Michael takes his coffee with cream and no sugar, He drinks his coffee all day long.
Chris Ilias

Chris joined Trolley House Companies in 2016. He grew up in Georgia and spent his early years moving around the country, including stays in Colorado, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Virginia. Chris graduated from the University of Georgia in sociology and then attended the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont.
He and his wife Katie find the medium size of Richmond to suit their tastes—it’s never boring, but not overwhelming. Chris loves traveling and has been to Italy three times. He loves computers, technology, and photography, with an emphasis on food photography and portraits. He dabbles in food styling.
Chris’s favorite part of his job is introducing people to new ideas and showing them that more is possible than they’d imagined.
Geoff Cook

Geoff joined the team in 2018. With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge about food and beverage and logistics management. Geoff resides in Virginia Beach, and uses travel time to Richmond to find clarity, resolutions, and generate ideas. You will rarely find Geoff snacking on an unhealthy treat; he fuels himself with products from our healthy section. He doesn’t drink coffee (which we have accepted) but likes a hot tea on cold days.
Brandi Duncan

Brandi joined Trolley House Refreshments in June of 2014. She grew up in Chesterfield, but now resides in Hanover with her three daughters. She is a graduate of Capella University with a degree in business management, specializing in accounting. In her free time, Brandi enjoys spending time outside with her kids and doing activities like fishing, hiking, and cycling. She is passionate about healthy food, natural remedies, and standing up for those who are unable to do so. Her favorite thing about Richmond is the convenient proximity to both the beach and the mountains. Brandi prefers organic tea over coffee but makes sure her coffee has cream and sugar if coffee is the drink of choice.

Seth became a valued member of the THC team in October of 2021, bringing with him 23 years of Food & Beverage expertise. Throughout his career, Seth has gained invaluable experience working with various establishments, including a prominent multinational hotel chain, independent restaurants, and even owning his own multi-unit F&B business for an extended period.
Seth derives immense satisfaction from collaborating with his teams to craft remarkable experiences for clients, all the while maintaining a keen focus on the long-term growth of the company. Relocating from Miami, Florida to Richmond, he made the transition alongside his wife and two children. While not engrossed in attending his children's sports events, Seth and his family find solace and enjoyment amidst the scenic hills surrounding Charlottesville.
To kickstart his mornings, you'll often spot Seth savoring a double shot cappuccino, indulging in moments of relaxation while catching up with his team.

Randy Keup
Warehouse Manager
Randy joined the Trolley House team in July of 2016. He grew up in Florida and now resides in the area with his wife and two great children. Randy is a devoted Florida State Seminoles fan and enjoys playing golf in his free time. He’s very passionate about his work, family and enjoys listening to Hard Rock and Heavy Metal to keep his energy going!
Nolan Moore
Service Manager
Nolan joined Halloran’s Refreshments in 2007 and has remained a loyal team member through the merger to become Trolley House. He has lived in Mathews, Chesapeake, and Richmond, and attended trade school in Newport News. Nolan is an outdoors man with no time for television. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, and mountain biking, and generally exploring wherever possible. He is passionate about understanding nature and his favorite thing about Richmond is its accessibility to both the mountains and the beach. Nolan takes his coffee with two creams, two sugar and if given his choice of superpowers would choose to fly.
Dan Houston
Route Manager
Dan started with Halloran’s Refreshment Services in 1996 and has continued to be a loyal team member through the merger to become Trolley House. Born and raised in Richmond, his favorite thing about Richmond is the large abundance of outdoor summertime activities. His favorite district in the city is the Fan. In his free time, Dan enjoys camping, fishing, and traveling. He is also a diehard fan of the Los Angeles Kings hockey team and enjoys a variety of music. Dan takes his coffee bold and black.
Patrick Fletcher
Route Logistics
Patrick joined Trolley House in March of 2016. As a Richmond native, his favorite thing is that it’s a bigger city with that small city feel. He likes how easy it is to make connections with people and build long lasting relationships. His favorite event in Richmond is the Monument Avenue Annual Easter Day Parade. His passion is playing baseball and is an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He’s been coaching travel baseball teams since 2008; developing kid’s skills and getting them excited about the sport is very important to him. Patrick’s ideal super power would be to talk to animals, especially his dog. His very first cup of coffee was tasted while working at Trolley House and he takes it with 1 caramel vanilla creamer and no sugar.

From his early days as an Executive Chef to his role as a Food Service Director/GM with multisite responsibilities, Andy has honed his skills and expertise through a diverse career path. His remarkable track record of success is a testament to his dedication and passion for his work.
Andy's ability to adapt and excel in various roles within the hospitality industry has been a key factor in his success. His comprehensive understanding of the industry, combined with his strong leadership skills, has allowed him to effectively manage teams and achieve outstanding outcomes.
With a wealth of experience under his belt, Andy brings a unique perspective to any project or organization he is involved with. His expertise, coupled with his unwavering commitment to excellence, make him a valuable asset in the field of hospitality.
In Andy's free time, he enjoys coaching youth baseball and spending time with his wife and kids!
