We are proud to have received the Recycling Excellence Award 2024 from International Paper, recognizing our commitment to responsible recycling practices. Through our efforts, we contributed 52.21 tons of recycled material, helping to reduce waste and support a more sustainable future. This achievement reflects our dedication to environmental responsibility and our ongoing mission to minimize our ecological footprint.

NopeVA & Groovin’ Gourmets

NOPE specializes in diverting food scraps and organic materials from landfills, transforming them into nutrient-rich compost that enriches Virginia’s soils. Our partnership ensures that surplus food from Groovin’ Gourmets is repurposed in a way that benefits both the environment and the local community. Together, we’re reducing landfill waste, cutting emissions, and supporting a more sustainable food system.

In 2025 Groovin' Gourmets diverted 17,758 pounds of food scraps &
organic material from landfills.
