It’s that time of year again; the sixth annual Richmond Jazz Festival is almost here! From August 6-9, you can experience this world class jazz event showcasing some of the best jazz, funk, and blues artists around, including Macy Gray, Natalie Cole, David Sanborn, New Edition, and many other talented performers.

On Thursday, August 6, and Friday, August 7, there will be preview events held at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, historic Hippodrome Theater, and Hardywood Park Craft Brewery, which will feature some of the best local and national jazz musicians. On Saturday and Sunday, the main event will take place at Maymont, and bring in thousands of people for a wonderful cultural, culinary, and musical experience.
