If you are looking for a unique twist on a traditional wedding reception, consider hosting a brunch reception. A brunch reception is a great way to host a delicious but low-key wedding reception. Consider a delicious menu of brunch favorites including, quiche, frittatas, smoked salmon and sable, French toast and a variety of pastries. For beverages, think mimosas, Bellinis and bloody Marys and of course delicious non-alcoholic beverages like fresh juices, flavored iced tea and coffee.
