Spring has finally arrived and boy are we are ready! To capture the flavors of the season, we have recently created several new spring menu specials that are sure to please. Think al fresco entertaining, easy picnics and delicious family meals. These items are simple, delicious and embody the flavors of the season. Enjoy!

**Creamy Carrot and Ginger Soup**

A vegetarian soup made with fresh carrots, vegetable stock, coconut milk and ginger. Served with crackers.

**Broccoli and Parmesan Soup**

Fresh broccoli, chicken stock, garlic, lemon and Parmesan-Reggiano combine for a delicious variation on Broccoli Cheddar soup perfect for Springtime!

**Baby Spinach and Mandarin Orange Salad**

Baby spinach with Mandarin oranges, sweet and spicy pecans and goat cheese with balsamic vinaigrette.

$29.95 for a small salad, $44.95 for a large salad

**Cary Street Salad**

Lettuce, bacon, bleu cheese, tomatoes, corn, eggs and roasted red peppers. Served with ranch dressing.

**Shrimp and Grits, Braised Collards with Bacon, Cornbread**

$16.95 per person

**Asparagus and Chicken Carbonara, Corn on the Cob with Basil and Parmesan Cheese, Petite Rolls**

A lighter, healthier version of the traditional Pasta Carbonara. Grilled chicken strips, asparagus, parmesan, onion and bacon tossed with spaghetti and a low-fat cream sauce.

**Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes**

Devil’s food cake with raspberry puree and chocolate chips, topped with a raspberry cream cheese frosting.

**Salted Caramel Cake**

Vanilla pudding cake frosted with caramel buttercream and sprinkled lightly with sea salt.
