Believe or not whiskey sours date all the way back to the 1700’s! What’s not to love about the blend of citrus and spirits enhanced by a bit of sugar? While the classic whiskey sour will always remain an iconic cocktail, why not experiment with other flavor combinations? This week we are recommending you try a Lavender Whiskey Sour. Trust us, you won’t regret it!

**Recipe:**  
 2 ounces of vodka  
 1 ounce sour mix  
 1 tablespoon lavender syrup  
 Garnish with a fresh lavender sprig
